RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Return Window
Request a return within 30 days after delivery by emailing CS@ysjvr.com with your order number and the items concerned.

For change-of-mind returns, merchandise should remain unworn, unused, and in its original condition. Include the original packaging where available. This does not restrict your rights regarding damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied goods.

Return Shipping
ysjvr pays the shipping costs for approved returns. Contact us before mailing your parcel so that we can arrange shipping and give you the return instructions.

Problems With an Item
Tell us if an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered. Include your order number and relevant details so we can investigate and arrange a suitable resolution.

Refunds
